The tide is turning in British politics. As the local election results continue to come in, the Tories are losing hundreds of seats: their lies about Brexit, partygate and so much else are finally catching up to them.

Generation Rejoin
Perhaps even more important, though, is this week's poll of voters aged 18-25 by ITV. This poll found that a truly massive 86% of young people want to rejoin the EU.
They are the too-rarely asked generation that was not able to vote at the 2016 referendum. (The youngest people who could vote turn 25 this year.)
Now we have firm evidence of a Generation Rejoin. Over 700,000 voters turn 18 every year and they will likely continue to choose rejoin at a similar rate – maybe even higher.
This massive level of support among young people is the number one reason why rejoining the EU can and will happen.
At Stay European (a campaign founded by millennials!) we don't just talk about "reaching out" to young people: we are integrating young members right into the leadership of the campaign – and this is surely a signal to us to step up those efforts further.
Fly the flag for Rejoin
A reminder: if you'll be in or near Liverpool next Saturday, do come and give out flags and flyers outside Eurovision, together with us, National Rejoin March and Thank EU for the Music! We will be meeting at Keel Wharf, opposite the arena, at 2pm on Saturday 13 May.
